Got this email from Joescher and I can't help smiling while reading it :)Positive Thinking! This is nice - finding the positive out of every negative - which we don'talways manage to do.I am thankful...1. For the husband or wife who snores all night, because he or she is athome asleep with me and not with someone else.2. For my teenage daughter who is complaining about doing dishes, because that means she is at home & not on the streets.3. For the taxes that I pay because it means that I am employed.4. For the mess to clean after a party because it means that I havebeen surrounded by friends.5. For the clothes that fit a little too snug because it means I haveenough to eat.6. For my shadow that watches me work because it means I am out in the sunshine.7. For a floor that needs mopping, and windows that need cleaningbecause it means I have a home.8. For all the complaining I hear about the government because itmeans that we have freedom of speech.9. For the parking spot I find at the far end of the parking lotbecause it means I am capable of walking and that I have been blessed withtransportation.10. For the noise I have to bear from my neighbours because it meansthat I can hear.11. For the pile of laundry and ironing because it means I haveclothes to wear.12. For weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day because itmeans I have been capable of working hard.13. For the alarm that goes off in the early morning hours because itmeans that I am stilll alive.

Photo of the Day - SMKBU Choir Club

Candid photo for our yearbook. I can't recall what year this is (probably 2005 or 2006) but it definitely brings back bittersweet high school memories. Can you spot me? :)

Back In His Holy Presence
It was indeed a breakthrough for me last Sunday. I finally build up the courage to go back to church after over 6 months. God has finally called me home and I am blessed with His everlasting love :)
John 15 : 5 - 8
I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you. This is to my Father's glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

Mentalist Star, Owain Yeoman Goes Shirtless for Peta
The Mentalist star, Owain Yeoman poses shirtless showing his support for Peta in a new ad campaignThe very handsome Mentalist actor, Owain Yeoman has posed shirtless for a new Peta advertisement. Owain is a vegetarian and has been since his wife, Lucy Davis, introduced him into the vegetarian lifestyle. He said in his Peta PSA that he stopped eating meat when he realized "The fact that the meat on my plate was once a living, breathing creature became something I could no longer ignore or justify as food,"
Owain's wife, Lucy Davis posed nude in a Peta ad that says: "Bare skin, not bear skin". She is only covered up by a teddy bear in the ad. Many other celebrities have shown their support for Peta including Paul McCartney, Alicia Silverstone, Geezer Butler, Forest Whitaker, Jorja Fox and Pamela Anderson. You can learn about Peta on the Peta website.
Owain plays Wayne Rigsby on the CBS show "The Mentalist". The Mentalist is on CBS Tuesdays at 9:00 pm ET. Owain was born in Wales but, I never picked up on his Welsh accent when I watched him on the show.
Owain Yeoman has been on many other TV shows including the FOX show "Kitchen Confidential". The show was canceled in 2008.
